Spa Policies

To ensure you get the most out of your spa experience, please take a moment to review and follow the instructions below prior to your appointment:

Preparation: All of our treatments require clean skin for maximum effectiveness. Please ensure that the area to be treated is clean and, if possible, free of oils, lotions, makeup, and/or polish.  

Arrive Early: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow time for check-in, changing, and relaxation. 

Health Conditions: Inform us of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, allergies, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. 

Infection and Contagion Policy: To prioritize safety, our spa may refrain from performing certain services if infections such as fungal infections, skin conditions, or contagious diseases are present. Clients must disclose any health concerns or infections before treatment. If an infection is detected during consultation or service, the provider may delay or adjust the treatment to prevent the spread of infection and maintain hygiene standards.

Silence Your Phone: We ask that all devices be silenced to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. 

Cancellation Policy: Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Kindly give at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of $25 or 50% of the appointment fee, whichever is greater. Appointments cancelled less than 2 hours’ prior may require prepayment for any future appointments. 

Late Arrival: Arriving late for your appointment will result in reduced treatment time to ensure that following appointments are not interrupted.

Children and Guest Attendance: To ensure a focused and relaxing environment, please do not bring additional guests to your appointment. We kindly request that your appointment be attended solely by you, or by you and your parent or legal guardian, if applicable. We appreciate your understanding in acquiring alternate care for your children during your appointment, as children will not be permitted in the spa.

Pets: To comply with Alberta Health Services Best Practices, pets are not allowed in the spa at any time.
